I saved this for last because it always comes up. People tend to only focus on the immediate funds that go into a branding process but never really on the outcomes. I once had a customer ask “its just for an event why should I do all this?” and I replied “do you want them to come back?”

Through branding, we can personalize the buying experience which giving customers a sense of safety, joy and peace. This is what makes them come back and even more so often, tell others about you.
